Lovely Portofino, Italy
From my stay in Santa Margherita Ligure, I took the bus down to the lovely city of Portofino. I can definitely see why this seaside village attracts so many people. It's truly a place for artists with its outdoor cafes and boutiques and colorful buildings alongside the calm sea.

Colorful Village of Camogli, Italy
On my trip to the Italian Riviera, I was planning to visit only the 5 towns of Cinque Terre. But someone recommended Camogli and I took a spontaneous day trip to this small, charming fishing village. And I was in awe every moment I was there. I was surrounded by beautiful, colorful buildings that lined up right next to the sparkling sea; lots of friendly people; and relaxing breezes that flowed through the town.

Vineyards of the Lavaux region - Cully Village
After seeing some photographs of the Lavaux region in Switzerland, I knew I had to visit this area. The views of the vineyards and Lake Geneva were breathtaking, and the small villages each had their own charm. I only had one day to stay in Cully, but maybe one day I could visit this UNESCO World Heritage site again in the Spring during the Jazz Festival.
